From the South

follow the A64 York/Malton road to Scarborough, then the A171 towards Whitby.

Half way through Burniston turn left after the Rix garage to Harwood Dale. We are in the village just after the Harwood Dale sign

 

From The North

take the A171 Teesside to Whitby road and follow the A171 towards Scarborough.

8 miles out of Whitby you come into forestation on both sides of the road, turn right at the sign and follow the road to Harwood Dale village, we are at the far side of the village.
